Error On cPanel

Hi everyone,

I gote following error on my c-panel error list

 

File does not exist: /home/username/public_html/whmcs/admin/jquery.selectize, referer: http://whmcs.website.com/admin/configadmins.php?saved=true

File does not exist: /home/username/public_html/whmcs/admin/jquery.selectize, referer: http://whmcs.website.com/admin/accessdenied.php?permid=33

etc..

 

How can I solve this issues?

download the full release of the WHMCS version you're using, e.g v7.0.1 and upload the 'assets' folder again via FTP and see if that resolves the issue.

Assets folder updated but Issue still active.

are you using a built-in admin template, e.g v4 or blend, or a custom admin template?

Issue arises for each acction on admin panel.

it may give an error, but does that page actually work ? if so, then i'd ignore the errors for now.

 

it's possible it might be some .htaccess redirection quirk - i'm not seeing it on my v7 dev cPanel, so I don't think it's a general issue.

Currently working fine, i didn't found any issues at the moment. but while install some add-ons i get error, i don't know maybe due to this issues?

this could be being caused by an addon or hook - the point is that I don't believe the file should be in "/home/username/public_html/whmcs/admin/jquery.selectize" anyway, so i'm not really bothered that WHMCS thinks it's missing.

something is wrongly telling it to look there. hence why I thought it might be a custom theme.

 

if the site is working, then I wouldn't worry too much about it - you could go through your logs and see when this started to occur and see if it could be linked to installing any specific addon or hook.
