Looking for experienced WHMC developer to merge two businesses

Hi - as the title says - looking for an experience developer who has done merging of 2 dbs into one business.

My problem is I cannot get the server to mySQL - It's over my paygrade although on the firewall in whm I've white listed the IP address on the server looking to import. I've tried to backup the db on one version and uploading so I can attach locally, and that didn't work. It's just looking so hard when that's not my field of expertise.
