How to show price break down appear on customize order form?

I want make customize an Order Form, just like this :

I have done making calls feeds for domain, price of the packages, add-on, but I don't know how to make break down price appears?

I have successfully to calls everything, price for the packages, billing terms, add ons, location, domain, etc, the problem is I don't know how to make all process is complete with one Button "Completed Order" I have tried your tutorial, and still no luck, did you have any advise?

your original question was about price breakdown and I explained one option of how that could be done.

 

the follow-up question is potentially too lengthy to answer in a forum post because you'd be hard pushed to do something like this just using data feeds - visually you could easily, but as you have found, you couldn't submit the order... it's possible that their custom forms are using the API to submit the results.

 

if you're unfamiliar with the API, then you're likely going to need a developer to do this for you - posting in the Service Offers & Requests will be one way to do that.
