Email Template Error log

Hi,

 

I am receiving the below error.

 

Email Sending Failed - Message body empty (User ID: 2 - Subject: Your password has been reset for Red-Proxy)

Smarty Error: Syntax error in template "mailTemplate:plaintext" on line 4 "<p>{http://red-proxy.net/}</p><span>"}"</span></p>" - Unexpected ":", expected one of: "}"

Smarty Error: Syntax error in template "mailTemplate:message" on line 36 "<p>{http://red-proxy.net/}</p><span>"}"</span></p>" - Unexpected ":", expected one of: "}"

 

Please help me to solve this.

it's probably got some unnecessary code in there...

 

what I suggest is that you edit the template and click the HTML button to remove the extra unwanted code e.g the spans around the }
