Sadly, no this plugin does not work. Sorry guys, but this plugin is broken, it gives CVV error no matter what. Sorry guys, this is a broken, unsupported plugin, and will never be fixed. Try elsewhere, this is a waste of time. I just wasted all that time for nothing.

 

My web host will NOT allow me to upgrade WHMCS to 6.x! Because my web host does not support ioncube 5.3 and refuses to upgrade it, so I am stuck on version 5 of WHMCS. Which means that I cannot use this non-working braintree plugin.

I'm not sure why you are trying to spread misinformation. The Braintree module we provide does work fine, however, we only support WHMCS 6.x or higher and you must have an active support plan if you are looking for assistance from us via our help desk.

I can confirm that ServerPing.net's Braintree module is compatible with WHMCS 7.
