Send WHMCS login to all clients

Or at least all clients in a separate group. We are merging two brands and one doesn't have WHMCS so all 1000 clients need to be added and login details sent. Is there any way to do this? I'd prefer that everyone was sent login details on the same day so sending the login info as we add clients is not optimal. And adding all these clients might take a few months. :)

if you don't need to include passwords, e.g get the client to reset it themselves, you could use the method that Matt suggested during the Heartbleed bug a couple of years ago.

alternatively, the Email Marketer might be an option, but i'm not sure it would be an ideal one.

of frankly, if you're manually adding the client, just click the "reset & Send Password" button in the profile.

I want to add all the clients and have everyone start using it on the same day (so we can retire the old system without confusion). I guess I'll just mail mail and tell people to reset using the email address they received the mass mail. Or I could do a search for a client group and load them all up in a browser and do some mad clicking for a few hours. :)

By the way, is it possible to add multiple client groups? I see multiple requests and it seems no-one ever made a module.

I recently did something similar. I bought another hosting / design company - Added all the clients to the whmcs system and added them in a separate client group. Once all the "new" clients were merged over we sent out an email to just that client group - welcoming them to our services etc and giving them the opportunity to create their own passwords etc.

Fairly straightforward to do using the mass mailer :)
