g33k
I was wondering if there was a way to automatically split all future invoices for billable items instead of grouping them and creating one single invoice. For example: if I have a client that has 4 separate billable items that are due on the same date, how do you create a separate invoice for each of the 4 items? I don't see an option for this other than waiting until the invoice generates and manually splitting it afterwards.
brian!
i'm not sure if this applies to billable items also... http://docs.whmcs.com/Invoicing_Setup Automatic Grouping of Items WHMCS automatically groups products, services, addons and domains due on the same date, with the same payment method and by the same person onto a single invoice. By doing this, it means the customer only receives a single invoice, only needs to make a single payment, and reduces transaction fees for you the merchant. Should you have a client for which you do not wish this grouping to occur for, it can be disabled either by the Separate Invoices setting within a clients profile, or the same setting offered within client groups.
