bear
In a client's profile there's a login link (login to control panel) with the user's Cpanel username and password in it. Clicking that link tries to open WHM with that information, not Cpanel for this user. This is a shared account, not a reseller. Why would it be giving the WHM link? WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 9, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 9, 2007 Because it's logging you in as root/reseller. Not sure why this is asked so many times but quite obviously a user can change their details from within cPanel and then they won't be correct in WHMCS so you can't login any other way. bear
I suppose I was confused by the fact it was situated right next to the user's login details? Maybe a phrase change of "login as root or reseller", or relocating this link a bit might take care of the misunderstanding potential?
