CrazySerb
I'm not sure why the hosting invoices being auto-generated don't include tax? Under Profile tab for the client I've left the "Tax Exempt" field empty/unchecked, and this is what my TAX configuration looks like: http://prntscr.com/cv1qc2 and yes, the client is set up in Canada as well: http://prntscr.com/cv1qmv so what am I missing here? Once the invoice for one of the client's domains got generated, tax wasn't included/added to it.
WHMCS ChrisD
Hello CrazySerb, Thanks for your post Do you have Apply Tax Ticked on the Details tab of your product?
CrazySerb
Hello CrazySerb, Thanks for your post Do you have Apply Tax Ticked on the Details tab of your product? Ahhhh, heck, that's where that setting is! Thank you... I guess that should do it. And I am assuming the tax won't get charged for those clients who don't fall within the Tax Rules (country based) or have that "Tax Exempt" checkbox enabled in their profile, correct?
