New 6.3.1 installation failed - Unable to import the 3.2.1 database file

Hi, I have installation failed when i install a new whmcs 6.3.1 ,,, is there any solution ??

 

My host information:

 

Operating system: freebsd 10.1

PHP version: 5.4.39

MySQL version: 5.5.52

WHM/cPanel

The error message in what you posted is 'Unable to import the 3.2.1 database file. Unable to access import path.'

 

This would suggest that the /resources/sql/ directory is either missing, or permissions are not allowing it to be read. Please double check the folder is uploaded and accessible to the user your WHMCS installation runs under.

Thanks for your reply and the file exists /resources/sql/ its not missing and i give him 777 permissions but its still nothing change ???
