Download/save pdf invoice

Is there any way invoices were save in pdf automatically after paid? Or send to admin email after were paid?

 

So far I discovered that I can manually download pdf file from admin, but it's time consuming.

three options that I can think of...

 

1. modify the email template for "Invoice Payment Confirmation" and add your email address to the "Copy To" field - when an invoice is marked as paid, the client will receive the payment confirmation email (with PDF invoice attached*), and you'll get a copy of it by email.

* i'm assuming that you have PDF Invoices enabled in the settings.

2. add your email address to the BCC field in general settings and you'll receive a copy of all emails sent to clients.

3. you can run the "Batch PDF Invoice Export" report and that will allow you to download multiple invoices as one PDF file for later printing or storage.
