Some clients on account

Hi,

 

I'm thinking of switching my billing solution from Modernbill and I am looking for a feature that would make my life 1000x easier. I have a few clients who are local web designers and they regularly sign up for packages with me through the month. Currently I have to mark these packages as paid so they are activated and then bill the designers at the end of the month for all packages that month.

 

So basically I need the ability for certain clients to add packages to their account and then an invoice be generated at the end of each month for all purchases that month.

 

can whmcs do this? Or is it a feature that will be implemented in the future?

As soon as you activate these accounts from WHMCS they will automatically be processed. It still leaves them as unpaid but will still allow your designers to pay for them through the billing system or when you receive them add the transaction to the invoice so you have an actual reference as to when they paid. Also disable the Automatic suspension of the account also in the client area of that client.

Ahhh that sounds like it would be more workable than my current system then, not perfect but definitely better.

 

I think i'll have to download the demo soon and give it a proper try
