do you need these break returns in the Product Description ?

this is what I think is your website code for the above product...

NVI-1 - 150 Private Proxies

Unlimited Bandwidth

1 Subnet of USA IPs

New IPs Monthly

High Anonymous Proxy

99.99% Up Time

7 Days Customer Support

Setup Time 48Hrs

from that, I assume that you've added a
at the end of every line - WHMCS already adds one by default, and you're adding a second one.

perhaps that's intentional on your part and you want a blank line between each line... but if you don't, just remove the
- if you did that, the product would look like this...

and I suspect there would then be no
on the PDF invoices.

if you don't want to remove the additional break return from the product description, then you'd have to alter the invoicepdf.tpl template to remove them - but in my opinion, removing them from the product description would be easier. :idea:

I didn't make a note of the website I found with a similar product, so can you take a screenshot of your product setup from the admin area... or PM me a link to your website - I need to see how you've setup the product.

setup -> product/services -> product services -> product

i'm guessing you've put the break returns into the product name in order to get the full product description in the invoice.... :?:
