Don Houston
I am having the same issues with my WHMCS they are not being sent and I did what you asked above and not getting any errors and still not getting emails to staff. We are running version 6.3 I have tried to talk to tech support about this issue and they say everything is fine, but my staff is not getting notifications of the new or replied to tickets. Thanks
Don Houston
The post I was referring to was the following: Hi,Please ensure the Support Ticket Notification email template is not disabled under Setup > Email Templates Ensure the Email Notification option is enabled under Setup > Staff Management > Admin Users > Edit. Finally, make sure the administrator role is set to receive support emails under Setup > Staff Management > Admin Roles > Edit. If that's all correct already, please review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of a ticket being opened for any errors occurring. I did all that and it said it went through but staff did not get it

brian!
did you follow the rest of that thread with regards to switching between phpmailer and smtp to see if that helped? https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?75654-No-email-notification-on-NEW-tickets also, if WHMCS is saying the emails have been sent, have you checked any spam folders on the mailboxes concerned?
rodolphe
Not working here either, unfortunately. We use smtp, ticket notification used to work fine but no longer. There's no indication in the logs that WHMCS is actually sending anything out to our administrators/operators. I've double-checked all that Don Houston mentioned in his post above to no avail.
