Unable to remove orders in cart for theme "Five" in WHMCS 6.3.1

Hello,

I have just updated my WHMCS to 6.3.1, but there is a comparability issue since my theme is based on "Five". Several clients of mine have already complained that they cannot remove the order in cart once they have placed there order in cart. I have no intent to change my theme, but I am ready to modify it. Also I do not want to downgrade my WHMCS as there are some awesome features as well. What should I do now?

What should I do now?

perhaps ask yourself why you never tested the theme for v6 compatibility before upgrading?

but seriously, your main options are probably...

1. if it's a commercial theme, go back to the developer and see if they have an updated v6.3.1 release.

2. if it's a cart issue, then the problem may lie with your order-form template - is that custom too, or are using using one of the built-in order-form templates ?

3. reply with a link to your WHMCS website so that we can see the issue - perhaps the fix is obvious and minor, but without being able to see the theme...

4. post in Service Offers & Requests and pay a developer to fix it for you.

personally, i'd make (4) a last resort, but it depends how urgently you need this fixing and whether you want to share your WHMCS URL in the forum.
