So a client purchase a plan and a .com domain.

After the domain transfer was complete, they bought a SECOND domain transfer in their client area for the .org domain.

Im trying to simply redirect the 2nd .org domain to the .com but WHMCS wont allow me any management tools for the .org, and all the hosting tools connected to the .com package do not recognize the 2nd .org domain as a bundled domain.

that sounds like how it should work - WHMCS doesn't have any built-in option for domain parking (which is effectively what you're asking about).

there is a 3rd-party addon that can add domain parking which is supposedly v6 compatible...

also, I suppose if the .com hosting account has domain aliases/addon domains etc as an option, the client could add it themselves via the Products Details page using cPanel SSO... :?:
