Hook to check cPanel server if account for certain domain exist already

Hello,

 

seems that clients ordering hosting for the domain for which hosting was already suspended.

It is causing conflict: "The domain “***” already exists in the Apache configuration.

 

I was adviced to use hook http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:ShoppingCartValidateCheckout to check if hosting for that domain already exist on cpanel server.

 

Please can anyone advice how i can check on cpanel server?

 

I can work with bash and know where to find data on cpanel server, only dont know how such php construct should look like to contact cpanel server. Thank you

The easiest way to deal with this is to tick 'Block Existing Domains' in admin -> setup -> ordering . If the domain exists in WHMCS, your client won't be able to order from that point

Yes, i have that option already ticked (Tick this box to prevent orders being placed for domains already in your system), but cpanel hosting orders still comming for domains for which cpanel accounts are still on the cpanel server.

Have you imported all of the cPanel accounts into WHMCS?

That implies those accounts are "missing" from your WHMCS - add them and the problem goes away
