Will pay for API script written to import tblclients and tblhosting tables only

I need an API script written to import tblclients and tblhosting tables only.

 

I have all information in the correct order in CSV files but if I upload them via phpmyadmin it doesn't import the credit cards correctly so I need an API script to upload the customer and hosting information.

 

This is new install so there are currently no active accounts in it.

 

Please advise.

What does the CSV import give you on CC import? Is it all jumbled? It may be that you just need to take a look at your encoding, or your encryption key

I entered the credit card information just as plain text and when I upload tblclients via phpmyadmin the card numbers look like they get encrypted but they don't work. I asked WHMCS via support if I needed to encrypt them first and they said the only why to encrypt them is to add them manually or via the API which doesn't sound right to me but and wasn't what I was told earlier?
