twhiting9275 Posted June 21, 2016 Share Posted June 21, 2016 You need to find out what's causing said 500 error. Go into admin -> setup -> general settings -> other, tick 'display errors' (at the bottom), just temporarily. Then, try to submit a ticket again. You'll get output that's a bit better than 500.
