Hello, I'm value if WHMCS it's good for my new company. I'm not using for a sell vps or server...I do always custom order. This is what I do: - general homepage where is request signup- after login you can see helpdesk, so graphic need a good kb view- in client area they can see all service and contracts they have- download invoice and pay invoice- open new ticketAdmin- admin can generate order for client and client can pay only with gocardless- admin can setup subscription for example client bought an ecommerce and pay for 12 months the rate. client can't close before the contract.every month for 12 times receive automatic invoice and payment is update with gocardless

any shiver and loyal customer from 2018. At moment I prefer use fattura24 plus perfex crm. I totally forgot whmcs. Too much expensive and it's a "cold sale" not immediatly and need too much customization.
