Jason_csh
Good evening guys, I am in the process of getting my website up and running and intermittently (without any course of action) receive the following error; Warning: HTTP Error:56/Recv failure: Connection reset by peer at http://sitename/index.php?systpl=arkahostwhmcs in /home/sitename/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/whmcs-bridge/includes/http.class.php on line 226 It displays even when I'm not doing anything. I can go got a few hours and not see it then it might happened every 10 mins. It seems to sort itself out after about 15-20 mins. I have contacted my host, and despite their best efforts have been unable to see anything wrong in the server logs. I have contacted the plugin developer who has suggested this is a network error with my host. Can anyone shed any light on what could be wrong as I really cannot get to the bottom of this. I have read a similar post about this error, but the solution there doesn't apply in may case. Many thanks, Jason.
twhiting9275
This appears to be something with your server resetting the connection. Have you brought this up with your server admin / host?
Jason_csh
Hi, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have logged this with my host but they were unable to find anything wrong. They saw the error on my site and checked the server logs but no errors were being reported and suggested I post here to see if anyone can offer some suggestions. My host are very helpful and support from them is excellent so I assumed it must be down to misconfiguration on my part. Thanks, Jason.
twhiting9275
This is something that is service related, not software. The service is resetting the connection, WHMCS doesn't have the power to do that.
Jason_csh
Thank you twhiting, your help is much appreciated. I'll go back to my host an relay your information and see what they can do. Should I get to the bottom of it I'll report back in case anyone else has the same issue. Many thanks, Jason.
