  1. Hi Chris, Thank you for getting back to me and answering my query. I will go ahead and rename them so that they all match. My concern was that if the package names were prefixed with a different name, they would not work with the quotas set in WHM if that makes sense. Thank you for the support link too. I will keep that to hand if I can't find an FAQ or post that might answer any future queries. Thanks, Jason
  2. Good evening, I have searched for a solution but have not been able to fund one as yet. I have noticed that my product name have differed between WHM and WHMCS. The reason being is that I didn't see the tick box to prefix the username to the product. So for example in WHM they are mydomain_home where as in WHMCS they are shown as Home, but when a customer orders hosting they end up as username_home. Can I remove the username prefix in WHMCS from the current clients or will this break the hosting? I'm just concerned that they're not properly tying up between the 2 systems. I have a licensed WHMCS installation via my host (I'm setting up as a reseller) but can't see a way of registering on whmcs.com to log a support ticket. My host as suggested I log a ticket with WHMCS. Many thanks Jason
  3. Thank you twhiting, your help is much appreciated. I'll go back to my host an relay your information and see what they can do. Should I get to the bottom of it I'll report back in case anyone else has the same issue. Many thanks, Jason.
  4. Hi, Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have logged this with my host but they were unable to find anything wrong. They saw the error on my site and checked the server logs but no errors were being reported and suggested I post here to see if anyone can offer some suggestions. My host are very helpful and support from them is excellent so I assumed it must be down to misconfiguration on my part. Thanks, Jason.
  5. Good evening guys, I am in the process of getting my website up and running and intermittently (without any course of action) receive the following error; Warning: HTTP Error:56/Recv failure: Connection reset by peer at http://sitename/index.php?systpl=arkahostwhmcs in /home/sitename/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/whmcs-bridge/includes/http.class.php on line 226 It displays even when I'm not doing anything. I can go got a few hours and not see it then it might happened every 10 mins. It seems to sort itself out after about 15-20 mins. I have contacted my host, and despite their best efforts have been unable to see anything wrong in the server logs. I have contacted the plugin developer who has suggested this is a network error with my host. Can anyone shed any light on what could be wrong as I really cannot get to the bottom of this. I have read a similar post about this error, but the solution there doesn't apply in may case. Many thanks, Jason.
