arjanvr Posted May 16, 2016 Share Posted May 16, 2016 Hello, Whenever someone submits a ticket I get a e-mail of this ticket as it should. Now when I reply, I also get the reply e-mail for that ticket. The problems is that when then the client replies on the ticket I get no notification it has been updated.. If they submit a reply I get no e-mail. Stranges thing is when I then reply I get the notification email with what was replied.
