Random blank tickets

Good afternoon,

 

I've recently begun having some problems with 'random' blank tickets. Every so often a client (generally almost always using MAC computers) will send in a ticket but it will be blank.

 

The blank tickets normally only occur when the user has a / in their e-mail based on what I've been able to gauge. If it weren't so 'random' it wouldn't be a problem ;)

 

I'm utilizing version 3.3.0 at the moment with no intention on upgrading just yet, my theme is going to take an awful lot of work to import.
