Posted May 17, 2016 Share Posted May 17, 2016 @brian! - Nope, because credit card payment people receive it. wouldn't those paying by credit card receive the "Credit Card Invoice Created" email ? everyone else should get the "Invoice Created" email... unless something is blocking it (e.g the template's disabled or a hook is active). take a look at the wording of one of these credit card invoice emails and see if it matches the CC Invoice Created email template or the standard "Invoice Created" template... by default, they're similar, but the last sentence is different - unless you've modified them to match! 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
