Promotion code for a product over a set price

We want to set up a promo code so it can only be used if a customer spends at least £40.

Our aim is to bulk sell 10 x .uk domains at a time and save on 10 x PayPal transaction fees.

currently, you can't set a minimum amount before a promo code is valid - it's either valid for specific products/domains or it's not.

I suppose you could hide the promo box or display a message if the cart total was less than £40 or an "click here for discount" link if over £40 - but you couldn't prevent the user from adding the promo code in the URL and bypassing the £40 threshold.

if these were products, I would have said you could use a Product Bundle instead - but I don't think you can have a domain only bundle.
