swami
Enabled logging and see the following message: Fatal error: CommonAttributes module does not exist in /home/username/public_html/adminfolder/vendor/ezyang/htmlpurifier/library/HTMLPurifier/HTMLModuleManager.php on line 189 Started when I tried replying to a ticket. Now, I see it when I try to read that same ticket. (Could read it before, now I cannot.) Any thoughts?
swami
I am using v6.3.1 and this happens when I am using the admin area to access customer tickets. I can't say whether this is a new error to this version as I am just getting everything setup.
brian!
I would be tempted to upload the whole 'vendor' folder again - perhaps one or more files got corrupted on upload and it often only takes one bad file to cause WHMCS to have errors.
swami
Boom! Did the trick. (I feel like I should have tried that, but new to WHMCS and didn't want to mess anything up.) Thanks for the assist!!
