null products with Freshdesk integration

We are currently using Freshdesk integration with WHMcs detailed here, but after previous update, plans from each client appear as "null" instead of the name of the product.

 

Does anyone have any idea on why does this happen?

 

Freshdesk reports this works fine at their test WHMcs so it might be something not related with their code.
