Pima
I just moved my WHMCS install to a new server. I can access the admin fine but clients are presented with this error Site error: the file /home/XXXXX/public_html/secure/dologin.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.6.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation. x's added by me Does the admin not require Ion Cube Loader?? Thank You Edited March 26, 2016 by Pima

Pima
I cleared all files except for index.php in that folder and it still gives the error Site error: the file /home/XXXXXX/public_html/secure/login.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.6.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.

Pima
Yes the admin area worked right off after I reissued my license It is only the client area that throws the error
sentq
you may need to download Ioncube wizard from here: https://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php upload it to your website/WHMCS installation and open it in browser, it should tell you if ioncube was correctly installed or there is something you need to do.
Pima
How or why is the admin loading correctly? Doesn't the admin also require ion cube? upload it to your website/WHMCS installation and open it in browser, it should tell you if ioncube was correctly installed Ion cube is compiled as part of php on the server Looking at php info this is what is presented This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine: Zend Engine v2.6.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2016 Zend Technologies with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.7.5, Copyright (c) 2002-2014, by ionCube Ltd., and with Zend Guard Loader v3.3, Copyright (c) 1998-2014, by Zend Technologies
sentq
How or why is the admin loading correctly? I though it is cache issue, that's why I told you to empty templates_c dir. Doesn't the admin also require ion cube? both client and admin area need ioncube to be installed/configured to function
