Coupon code not working

Hi,

I'm trying to add the coupon code in the options as the scenario mentioned here. It's not working.

After adding two different packages/Services, if user applies the promo code to avail the discount for the two the selected services, user is getting the discount only for one service and not the other one. Is it possible to add the coupon code in such a way that the coupon code will work independently for each different product purchased by the user?

in the promotion code setup, have you enabled the "Once Only" checkbox?

if you have, then that could be the reason why it's only being applied to one product and not both.

http://docs.whmcs.com/Promotions

The final 4 checkboxes allow you to specify who can use the promotion:

  • Apply Once - If the client orders multiple qualifying products the discount is only applied once.
  • New Signups - Only new clients can use the promotion.
  • Apply Once / Client - If a client has an existing active order using this promotion they will not be able to use the code a second time.
  • Lifetime Promotion - Client will retain this discount even if they upgrade/downgrade their service in future.
  • Existing Client - Only existing clients with 1 or more active orders can use the promotion.
  • Enable for product upgrades – Refer to #Upgrades/Downgrades below.

just uncheck the box and assuming both products match the promo code setting, they should both be discounted.
