brian!
http://docs.whmcs.com/ResellerClub#Access_Denied:_You_are_not_authorized_to_perform_this_action Access Denied: You are not authorized to perform this action This error message indicates that you haven't yet allowed your servers IP to access your ResellerClub account via the API. You have to do this in the Settings > API section of the LogicBoxes control panel before you can use the integration. The IP you need to authorize is typically the main shared IP of the server, usually most easily found from the IP your WHMCS license is assigned to, but if you're unsure or neither of those IPs work, then ResellerClub can assist and advise you of the IP they see your connection tests as coming from via a support ticket. resellerclub/netearthone/resell.biz all use the same module - so if you've entered the wrong IP, you may need to get the correct one from resell.biz support.
mytechno
Hi Brian Thanks for your reply, I have all ready done it and i have contacted the resell.biz support also they have reply me like this -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello Thank you for contacting resell.biz This information appears to be correct. Please note that this is not the api call being made. The call will look like a url. It should start with your control panel page. You can contact whmcs for information on how to get this call. Let us know so that we can check this further. We look forward to your reply. Best Regards, Jason Weeks Resell.biz Level 1 Technician UK2 Group Ltd. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- please let me know how can i fix this. thank you,
brian!
it might be better to open a ticket with WHMCS support as they'll be able to take a look at all your settings.
