tamixnet Posted March 18, 2016 Share Posted March 18, 2016 Customer buys domain, and pays for it via Paypal - to our Paypal account successfully. But, the domain never gets registered....... We've checked: Paypal is correctly setup in WHMCS, all keys and passwords. The registrar is similarly set up correctly. This was not an internal transaction, i.e. staff was not involved at all. Posted March 18, 2016 Share Posted March 18, 2016 what about in the domain pricing page of the admin area - is the TLD in question assigned to registrar "None" ? http://docs.whmcs.com/Domain_Pricing And if you want automatic registration to occur on payment, choose the registrar which should be used in the dropdown if the TLD is assigned to "None", then automatic registration won't occur and you'd have to process the order manually in the admin area and assign it to a registrar. if you assign the TLD to a registrar in domain pricing, then automatic registration will be attempted with that registrar - and assuming you have sufficient funds and the details are correct etc, it should be successful - but if it fails, they'll be a notice in the admin area (and probably an email too). 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
