Order Summary empty during domain configuration

Hello,

 

While going through the second step in the order flow (domain configuration AFTER choosing a product), the order summary shows up empty.

 

This can be extremely confusing to the user, since he's just selected a product and lands on a page that displays no product in the cart until configuring a domain.

 

Is there anything we can change in the .tpl files to change this behavior?

what I would do is try switching to using standard_cart and see if that makes a difference - it should, as standard_cart will show a product in the cart at the same step.

 

if this is a custom cart, then it's probably better to contact the author... or see how standard_cart displays the summary and then see what's different with your custom cart...

 

difficult to advice more as I don't know the cart you're using and can't see any of its code!

Our order forms is Flowcart from the "Flattern" Template. Any clue about which files I should be looking at?

well I don't have that template locally, but if it follows the usual process, it should be configureproductdomain.tpl - but CMSBased will know about their own template than me!
