hello

how can i reach element in side bar ?

for specific example i want to reach this one : {$ticketinfo}

but i just found it in viewticket.tpl that ot my intrest and any change will not effect on other one that show in sidebar

for extra information i upload the sidebar :

where the submite date and last update is ? dos they called from any function or just like othere tpl use {} tag to call ?

any information will be apriciated.

they are called by sidebar action hooks - you will need to write one to change the content of a sidebar.
