MJHost Posted February 11, 2016 Share Posted February 11, 2016 I believe there is an error within the iWHMCS application. I am experiencing an issue when trying to view product details via iWHMCS I am able to login, and view and respond to tickets, and access other aspects of the application, just product details, throws up the error. WHMCS Cole Posted February 12, 2016 Share Posted February 12, 2016 Hi MJHost, can you confirm what version of iWHMCS you are using by going Help & About near the bottom of the app home page? Also, in order to view product details the account you are using the app with must have the API Access and View Products/Services administrator roles activated. EDIT 02/12/16 1:26 PM CST: I just saw your other post in the technical help forum - I can confirm that the issue lies with configurable options set on a product. iOS-121 is our internal case number to track this issue.
