flywheel
I'm using WHMCS for the first time so there's a bit of a learning curve in navigating the system. Some of my questions could just be not knowing where to look. Right now I have 2 questions: 1) How do I get a support account to send tickets in on the WHMCS ticket system? I purchased my license through a reseller, so they directed me here but I cannot find anywhere to register in the support system. 2) I setup monthly recurring billing for my hosting items and checked the pro-rata box. The Prorata Date is 1 and the Charge Next Month is 20. The Prorata Billing box is ticked. My expectation was that creating an order today (1/29) would charge the client for the next month ($1 for the sake of discussion) plus the prorated amount for the remainder of Jan (since it's after the 20th), which would be $0.10. So I expected the bill to show $1.10, but it only shows $1.00 and says Prorata Date 2/29 on the invoice. Do I have something setup incorrectly or does it function differently than I expect?

flywheel
Thanks, I was able to submit a ticket from that link. Any idea about the pro-rata billing?
