Frodo
Does anyone know how to solve this error? Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'fun' (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in /home/admin/overweb/whmcs/vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templateparser.php on line 4130

brian!
The file is identical to the one on github. I don't understand the error. nimonigi's suggestion was the correct one - re-uploading will often sort errors with WHMCS as files can become corrupt or incomplete on upload and so cause errors... and it can only take one error to cause WHMCS not to function correctly. if re-uploading doesn't help (including uploading all of 'vendor' again from the WHMCS zip), then the next step would be to review the activity log and/or server logs to see what is triggering the error - it must be occurring because of an action taken by an admin, a client or by WHMCS itself (perhaps an addon you've installed)... if you can work out that, then you'll get further to discovering the fix.
Frodo
You were both right. I should have listened. Thank you.
