In Products/Services > Price:

 

I need to remove the billing cycle "Quarterly" and only keep "Annually".

 

But I have hundreds of customers with Quarterly.

 

How can I change their billing cycle massively?

I think the answer I gave then still applies - the bulk tool doesn't change cycles, only prices; the Mass Update tool would work but you would have to do it for each client separately.

 

there is an addon that that auto-calc prices on cron job, and it does seem to offer a manual option - but again, I don't know if it can change cycles.

I think you're only viable option will be a SQL query - which wouldn't be technically difficult, but you should always backup the database before running them.

 

as an aside, I think that if you wanted to remove the Quarterly option for new customers, but keep it for existing, you could just remove the quarterly pricing for the product(s)... that would prevent new customers from ordering that cycle, but current users would continue to be billed quarterly at their current price... but I know that's not what you want - just thinking aloud and i'm not 100% certain that i'm right without testing it!
