Avoid public access Cheatsheet

Good day

 

I'm looking for some days how make my knoledgebase and announcements access only for my clients.

 

That mean, visitors can see that menu items, but needs login to access that area.

 

To subbmit a ticket needs login, is like it what I search

 

Can somebody give a hand with this?

with regards to knowledgebase, you can articles "private" - that means only logged in users can see them.

 

hiding announcements... you could remove the announcements code from homepage.tpl (or add a check to see if the user is logged in or not), and then do something similar for announcements.tpl.... or modify the menu and sidebars to hide the announcements links if the user is not logged in.
