Rob K
Hi On my remote Linux server I have the status.php file and it only returns "Unavailable 0 Days 00:00:00 4.3.10 3.23.58 1.3.0" when run. I have checked for the disabled_functions in the php.ini file and they do not exist so I assume this means they are not disabled (shell & shell_exec do not exist either). It reports the services are up, but no uptime or load info. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.
PPH
did you remember the trailing slash for the location of status.php in the server setup page?
Rob K
Yea I did, strange though, it has just started to work. Maybe it takes a while to gather info??

isdoo
Anyone know a way to get load and server uptime showing on the status? Mine is a Plesk linux server if that makes any difference? Thanks.
Rob K
I also have a Linux Plesk server and that works fine. Make sure you have the '/' on the end of your path and see the knowledgebase article on how to enable exec and shell_exec. http://support.whmcs.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=8&id=15 I hope this helps.
isdoo
Thanks for the link. It says... Search down for the line that says disabled_functions and then remove exec and shell_exec from the list of functions following that But I do not have any of that within php.ini
Rob K
I didn't either. If you don't have them then they haven't been disabled. I uploaded the status.php from v3.4 of WHMCS and it works but before it didn't work 100% (just services reported).

ChuckB
Hi, Can someone explain were to upload this on the server? Thanks Put it on any server you want it to show the status for you, the path to the file is configurable, so you could put it on: http://www.yoursite.com/status/ Then just be sure that URL is configured for the server in WHMCS
Nick57
Thanks a lot. Almost working now Only phpinfo, server load and uptime not working correct. I saw somewhere in forum that you need to modify the php.ini file, but then it will be server wide for each account, not sure if that is a right decision. How to get it only for this account? Thanks
isdoo
I didn't either. If you don't have them then they haven't been disabled.I uploaded the status.php from v3.4 of WHMCS and it works but before it didn't work 100% (just services reported). I guess it just doesn't work on our servers
