"Product group does not contain any visible products"

Hi Folks,

I'm testing my new install of WHMCS.

I created a Product Group (shared hosting), and a Product (Standard SSD Hosting), but on my front end, I receive "Product group does not contain any visible products".

How do I make "Standard SSD Hosting" visible?

Thanks.

the problem is your default currency is USD, but you've only added pricing to the product and domains in AUD.

so when you click on shared hosting in the sidebar, because the product isn't priced in USD, there are no available products in the group - if you change the currency to AUD in the sidebar, the product appears! :)

the same will apply for domains too - not priced in USD, so not available... but priced in AUD and would be available.

if you wanted AUD to be your default currency, you would rename USD to AUD in the currencies... and then if you wanted to offer USD, you would add this as a secondary currency.

however - you can only change the default currency if you have no existing customer invoices/orders (demo/test accounts wouldn't really matter).

I really appreciate your assistance briani.

I deleted all currencies, add AUD, and added USD as a 2ndary currency.

In a different browser, I get the same message "Product group does not contain any visible products" for AUD + USD.
