jos Posted December 10, 2015 Share Posted December 10, 2015 Hi, we are having a problem with the recurring amount not being billed after the customer has been upgraded or downgraded, using the upgrade/downgrade button. They pay their small invoice then the system never bills them for their monthly charge again unless I go in an manually change it after they have paid the upgrade invoice. snake Posted December 12, 2015 Share Posted December 12, 2015 This problem has been reported to WHMCS before, but they have refused to accept it as a bug and will not fix it. If you search the forum then you will find other mentions, I have also reported this to them years ago.
