Dodi83
Hello Everyone! I bought WHMCS for my VPN service using FreeRadius Addon Module. Honestly I surprised why WHMCS support team they do not want update FreeRadius Addon Module code, there is many issues and I believe it is an easy job for them. If you visit this page (http://docs.whmcs.com/FreeRadius_Addon_Module) about the module they said "Priced at $150 One Time. Lifetime support & updates included" however this code has not maintained since 28/09/2011. Here some functions does not work: 1- User unable to change this FreeRadius password, he can change the password of ClientArea only. 2- User once requested new vpn account the system create the account and generate the password but the user never receive any information about the new username and password. However, the default for the service user name is the client's e-mail address and an automatically incrementing number after. Example your email is xyz@whmcs.com, the module will create vpn account with xyz@whmcs.com1 and xyz@whmcs.com2 and xyz@whmcs.com3 as much the customer request the service. 3- FreeRadius Addon Module looking to wrong table name in FreeRadius Mysql DB, which it was used in old version of FreeRadius. I spent a lot of time to understand the main issues for those functions, and WHMCS said modify the code! this module must up to date with FreeRadius MySQL version to avoid those issues, and the customer not responsible about module maintenance. Anyone here not happy with this module and the support from WHMCS? Thank you!

What suggestions do you have for their "service username" that would be any different to the above ?
