CavalloComm Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Is there a way to write a hook that emails the staff when a client closes their ticket? A lot of times, a client will respond with more information, and then go and close the ticket, and it gets missed out of view since it has been closed. We don't want to prevent the client from closing it, just would like to be notified when they close it.
