Module for IP Monitoring?

Hello,

 

I am need to create or develop existing WHMCS module if someone have one for IP monitor

 

Actually I want to monitor our clients services to make sure everything is UP status with us

 

By Admin Side:

I would to make a monitor any of port check by admin side and send a notification to admins emails only,

 

Also please make a possibility option false/true if we want to send a notification to a client linked with this monitor and if the port status is down, the module will be open auto ticket in client account for that

 

For more information about auto ticket open, please see below:

 

By Client Side:

===============

I would to send a notification to client (if I checked it by admin side) by ticket system with if admin allow this notifications ,

 

About auto ticket open in client account if the monitor is down such as:

 

1- Open auto ticket to client specified if port down

 

2- Auto reply and update on same ticket if port is back UP (within 5 minutes)

 

3- If the port is down again within 5 minutes from last update (Auto reply and update on same ticket if port is down again)

 

4- If the port is up within 5 minutes from last update ( Auto reply and update on same ticket if port is back to UP again)

 

5- If port is still UP after 10 minutes since last updates, This ticket will be closed automatically with auto reply for specified text message for let know a client of the service is good right now :)

 

Finally I would monitor system like Softlayer DC monitor and OVH DC

 

I would to modify ticket template for UP or DOWN messages inside ticket content

 

I hope everything is clear :)

Actually, I tried to contact you before post this thread but there is issue in your site, I can't open new ticket at all

 

When submit a ticket, the URL redirect to

https://www.whmcsservices.com/members/cart.php?a=checkout&captcha=failed

 

So I hope provide a email or fix ticket issue ^_^

Yes I could submitted a ticket in (Sales) department only, I think there is problem in (Custom Request) department
