Using the username and password from the welcome messages, the login fails. Looking up the order in WHMCS and copy pasting the username and password, fails. Clicking the 'login to control panel' link on the order form, fails. Changing the username and/or password, still doesn't login. The only way to get access clients cPanels, is to log into my reseller cPanel, and use the dropdown at the top to change to a users cPanel. Whats going on? Why can't any of the accounts login? owengreaves Posted November 6, 2015 Share Posted November 6, 2015 That sounds like a cPanel problem, not a WHMCS problem - I would check with your server admin as well, where you have the reseller account.
