Is there a way to have a WHOIS page on my WHMCS installation that customers can use to check current WHOIS information. It is so they can check if a domain registered elsewhere is registrar locked or not.

You wouldn't be able to copy the code form the domain checker page to achieve this. However you could create your own form to use the Domain_WHOIS API function:
