One time payment with annual billing for support

I can't figure out how to do this using configurable options.

 

I am using the config options for allowing users to select the number of accounts they want. The service will have a one-time payment for installation and configuration, with a recurring annual cost at the end of the 1st year for support.

 

I am stumped about how to add the annual support cost.

The product has to be setup with an annual billing cycle for their to be an annual recurring cost. Then use the setup fee for your one time charge.

Thanks. When I do that, the initial cost is shown as the annual cost + setup fee. However, I want the annual cost to kick in only at the end of the first year. As it stands now, the annual cost chargeable at the end of the 1st year gets added on to the set up fee and makes the initial cost higher.

 

Also, it doesn't seem possible to vary the setup fee based on a configurable option to choose the number of users (lesser set up fee for lesser users and more for more users).
