Posted October 26, 2015 Share Posted October 26, 2015 i tried before but they always asked for payment for support and it always take time to waiti need someone got same experience can help me sort out problem faster thank you well i've been here over 2+ years and i've never seen that page ask for a password! assuming your site hasn't been hacked, it could be caused by any number of reasons - for example, 1. lack of php memory 2. corrupt payment gateway the activity log might give you a clue as to the cause. i'd still suggest opening a ticket with support - you shouldn't have to pay, but you might need to wait... but you're going to have to wait for more possible replies to this thread anyway.. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
