Incorrect suspension email and reminder emails sent?

Hey Guys,</p>

I've upgraded to 6.1.0 but I'm getting some odd things happening.</p>

One of my monthly clients keeps getting emails saying he hasn't paid an invoice - but he has, and now he has had a suspension email (and been suspended). In the list of invoices it shows as paid - even showing the paypal reference etc. I've got no idea why its sending out the emails.</p>

In the Product/Services page for him it shows the next due date as 21/10/15 (Which should now be 21/11/15) and the next invoice due on 21.11.15 has already been sent. Its paid automatically by a paypal subscription.</p>

<p>

It sends out a payment confirmation email so it must know its been paid, but it seems to ignore it.</p>

Can anyone suggest anything please?</p>
